Performance Tracking
The Performance Tracking module in TikaKAM enables commercial teams to set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their key accounts. This module is critical for developing patient-centric strategies and gaining a competitive edge in the market.
IDN Forecasting
Upon signing a new contract, TikaKAM creates an updated forecast for the IDN. This forecast will be tracked in real-time in the app as sales are being accrued. Managers will receive alerts when performance is above or below the contract forecast, within parameters defined by the organization. Managers can also update forecasts, as well as sort by active contracts, pending contracts, and product categories to track performance.
