GDPR POLICY


TikaMobile has updated its policies to adhere to GDPR regulations. This section offers information to potential customers who are looking for information on how TikaMobile complies with EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). GDPR policies determine roles for both data controllers and data processors. Due to the nature of our applications, TikaMobile offers guidance and information on how these roles determine the use and ownership of data, and how these items can become accessible.

TikaMobile will process personal data only if and to the extent that a least one of the following applies:

  • Subject has provided consent to the processing of your personal data for any number of purposes;
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract
  • Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or regulation that would effect TikaMobile

When we begin collecting personal data from you, we will ensure that you are aware of the purpose for processing the personal data, in addition to any legal positions that may be considered. We will provide the timeframe in which the personal data will be stored and enforce your right to request access to your personal data; your right to deletion of personal data; and your right to the restriction of processing and request copies of your personal data at any notice.
