  • Manage delivery of CRM and Business Intelligence solutions for TikaMobile Device and Pharma customers

QA Specialist

Job Description

The QA Specialist/Manager is responsible for the creation and maintenance of company-wide policies and SOPs, requiring working knowledge of SaaS technical operations as well as the regulatory environment for healthcare product manufacturers particularly CFR Part 11 and PART 203 as it relates to computer systems. The position will be responsible to actively participate in all aspects of the Quality Management Systems (QMS). This position reports to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the technical team, Management and others to prepare, review and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Ensure implementation of GXP, as it relates to third party vendors of pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
  • Strong experience with computer system validation (CSV) for FDA validated systems.
  • Prior experience with validating CRM systems like Veeva or Synergistix for Pharma or Medical companies
  • Prior experience taking a company through a Soc2 audit.
  • Perform QMS activities: internal audits, CAPA system, respond to Non-conformities, Complaints, and SOP revisions.
  • Ensure consistent, comprehensive, and audit-ready documentation storage procedures.
  • Point person for all external audits, including those initiated by clients as well as SOC2 and other certifications.
  • Review design and process changes and technical files for updates to documentation.
  • Ensure conformance to ISO, GDPR,  FDA , GDPR and other international/local regulations.
  • Maintain FDA GUDID, GMDN database and International regulatory databases
  • Develop and conduct staff training on policies and procedures as needed.

Required experience:

We are looking for Lead Solution Architect who has experience in Developing Microstrategy Mobile applications, Creating High performance data models for Pharmaceutical BI (Business Intelligence) Applications.   • Develop dynamic dashboards, grids, graphs and scorecards utilizing MicroStrategy 9+ version software.
  • Design Data ware house (Data Model) and all table structures, Create ETL Process using Microsoft SSIS Source to Target ETL logic and dashboard development.
  • Creating ETL Architecture Design using SSIS and create source to target mappings based on business requirements
  • Create SQL procedures/ssis mappings to create summarized tables.
  • Develop all Microsoft SSIS ETL processes and procedures for all development work.

Required experience:
