Project Manager

Job Description

This role assists with the conceptualization, development and implementation of an enterprise architecture which supports future TikaMobile database and reporting systems, products and platforms and that satisfies Mobile Applications. Role will engage with the Business partners and transform their business requirements in to prototype solution like storyboards or mockups, so that will speed the development and will help in design, build and deploy Tika Applications. collaboration with team members, develop and maintain Databases, Reports & Dashboards and lead the team to strategic direction whilst ensuring product capabilities and process improvements are delivered over time within the framework.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage delivery of CRM and Business Intelligence solutions for TikaMobile Device and Pharma customers
    • Engage with the Business partners and Transform their business requirements in to prototype solution like storyboards or mockups, so that will speed the development and will help in design, build and deploy Tika Applications
    • Solid understanding of relational structures, dimensional data modeling, Data warehouse and BI techniques
    • Mockup of storyboarding and translate the client requirements to project teams
    • Develop proof of concept solutions to test and ascertain requirements for BI needs.
    • Serve as lead Business Intelligence architect on multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with Tika Developers to convert functional requirements into technical specifications
    • Develop business relationships with cross-functional teams and assist with BI project scoping and requirements gathering, understanding complex business questions and needs. Make valuable contributions by providing ad-hoc statistical analysis
    • Develop executive dashboard and implement new data and analytics processes & strategy, end-user self-services reporting
    • Constantly monitor data science trends, emerging tools and technologies to continually improving frameworks, processes and best practices for predictive models
    • Use data visualization, reports and data-driven presentations to present digestible conclusions and recommendations to top decision makers, so that business strategies can be designed around them
    • Frame and investigate theories and assumptions with high-impact potential and utilize descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to test your theories
    • Bring analytical expertise into cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with team leaders and subject matter experts across multiple departments, to enable data-driven decision making
    • Understand OLTP and OLAP database designs and implementation strategies
    • Provide subject matter expertise and technical direction with a specific focus on Data Modeling and development
    • Responsible for Creating and Maintaining Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models for the enterprise
    • In collaboration with team members, develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions
    • Partner with Application implementation and testing teams to resolve content defects and drive to flawless launch
    • Manage the design of insight-driven strategies from design through development and deployment
    • Translate requirements, source mapping documents and models into solutions
    • Provides technical direction and oversight on creation of applications from E2E (end to end) perspective. Ensuring systems design, business requirements, and architecture of solution is well understood by involved parties and responsible for overall delivery of software products.
    • Manage applications/ development projects, or complex initiatives of an area of the development function, typically
    • Design Adhoc reports using MicroStrategy, Cognos or QlikView reporting systems to extract data for analysis. Preferable MicroStrategy
    • Expertise in schema design using tools like MicroStrategy Architect
    • Design Dashboard and Reports with High level design to meet the functional requirements using OLAP tools like MicroStrategy or QlikView and guide the Development team to meet the timelines and company Goals
    • Manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
    • Suggest changes to existing data model for supporting reporting requirements If needed.
    • Involve with object development, including metrics, attributes, templates and filters Review and provide enhancements to logical and physical database designs as well as optimization for proper use with a BI Platform
    • Incorporate best practices and standards in metadata and report/dashboard development

Required experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 7-10 years work experience
    • Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and ongoing support of a data warehouse environments
    • Experience with SQL / PL SQL Programing skills along with Oracle Database & SQL Server
    • Understanding of commercial data terms like NRx, Trx, NBRx & CPA
    • Knowledge of data structure of third-party data providers like IMS and Symphony a big plus
    • Medical Device industry experience especially with Sales Automation highly desirable
    • Familiarity with Agile software deliver methodologies such as XP and Scrum

QA Specialist

Job Description

The QA Specialist/Manager is responsible for the creation and maintenance of company-wide policies and SOPs, requiring working knowledge of SaaS technical operations as well as the regulatory environment for healthcare product manufacturers particularly CFR Part 11 and PART 203 as it relates to computer systems. The position will be responsible to actively participate in all aspects of the Quality Management Systems (QMS). This position reports to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the technical team, Management and others to prepare, review and maintain policies and procedures.
    • Ensure implementation of GXP, as it relates to third party vendors of pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
    • Strong experience with computer system validation (CSV) for FDA validated systems.
    • Prior experience with validating CRM systems like Veeva or Synergistix for Pharma or Medical companies
    • Prior experience taking a company through a Soc2 audit.
    • Perform QMS activities: internal audits, CAPA system, respond to Non-conformities, Complaints, and SOP revisions.
    • Ensure consistent, comprehensive, and audit-ready documentation storage procedures.
    • Point person for all external audits, including those initiated by clients as well as SOC2 and other certifications.
    • Review design and process changes and technical files for updates to documentation.
    • Ensure conformance to ISO, GDPR,  FDA , GDPR and other international/local regulations.
    • Maintain FDA GUDID, GMDN database and International regulatory databases
    • Develop and conduct staff training on policies and procedures as needed.

Required experience:

    • BS degree in IT/software development or similar.  Advanced degrees a plus
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a compliance or audit related role.
    • Self-starter with excellent ability to work independently with little oversight, as well as excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.

This role is a critical position within TikaMobile to ensure the company meets market demands and maintains high-performing services, systems, and processes.This position requires that the person must apply his or her prior, relevant educational and in-depth technical and business-related experience to work on challenging projects to drive business outcomes and transformational change, enabling real economic impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide the required IT solution delivery to the client in the assigned time frame, and monitor each aspect of business engagement from start till end
    • Provide IT services based on business functional needs, including IT/data reporting projects and applications implementations
    • Support the definition of Business Intelligence technical architectures
    • Design and implement Business Intelligence packages, including MicroStrategy, SQL or related technologies to generate analytical reporting solutions
    • Overall accounts management which includes basic accounting, accounts growth, accounts profitability, and developing strategies for successful target completion
